Hello, I am Robyn. I am an official "transplant" to south Florida. I was born and partially raised in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. However, at twelve, I came to Florida with my grandparents and refused to go home. I loved the warm weather and the acres and acres of cattle and horses. The pastures and marshlands were exactly what my heart desired. They still are the perfect place, a writer's world.
During my years in Florida, I authored my first book, Grace Revealed. I am currently working on other manuscripts and have publication plans in the making. Recently I received an honorable mention from Writers' Digest in a Short Story Competition and was named a finalist in the Winter 2019 Fiction War Competition from Fiction War Magazine.
I am embracing the calling the Lord has given me. Come along with me, while I journal "out-loud" and share the "stories" that are simmering, brewing, and steeping in my heart. Those of you who know me will appreciate that statement. I hope to see you again real soon.
